Escape to a spacious, luxurious home designed with comfort, fun, and relaxation in mind. This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property is the perfect retreat for families or large groups. With 8 beds and a pullout couch, everyone has plenty of space to unwind.

Heated Pool: Dive into relaxation! Our pool is professionally serviced twice a week to ensure it stays in pristine condition for your enjoyment. (Please note: pool equipment should not be touched, and any damage will incur a minimum $500 fee. We’ve got it covered, so you can simply enjoy!)



Full Body Massage Chair: Unwind after a long day of fun with a soothing massage in our full-body massage chair.



Entertainment Galore: Enjoy hours of fun in the arcade game room or challenge your friends and family to a game of corn hole on the lush lawn.



Tiki Bar Poolside: Sip on your favorite tropical drink while you relax by the pool at the charming tiki bar.



Second Kitchen: A fully equipped small kitchen is conveniently located on one side of the house, perfect for preparing snacks or meals while you enjoy the pool area.

Guest Access:

⏰ For Early Check-in and Late Check-out Request;

Please reach out to check for availability and approval. We require all properties pre-inspected after housekeeping before check-in. If you arrive before the inspection is completed, please let us know if you’d prefer the inspector to leave upon your arrival or if you’d like to request that they vacate.



⏰ Late Check-Out Without Approval;

There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.



Getting Around:

There are two covered parking spaces, a half circle driveway that can fit an additional two parked cars or so, and free street parking in front of the house in the case of more cars needing to be parked.

Safety First: Security cameras monitor the front door and driveway; no cameras inside for your privacy.

Noise Monitoring: Exterior decibel monitors ensure a peaceful environment—no sound is recorded.

Parking: Up to 4 cars are permitted to park at the property.

City Ordinances: All Scottsdale laws must be followed during your stay.

Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM

Maintenance: Landscaping and pool service 1–2 times/week; exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

No smoking indoors ($1,000 fee if violated)

No parties/events (Strictly enforced)



Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at our property!

-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-Send us a photo of your pet

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



Storage Policy:

Certain cabinets are locked for owner supplies; tampering results in a $1,000 fee. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



Pool Heating: Heated pool available at $60/day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay)

The pool is heated to 88°F, but in cooler weather (below 65°F) it typically stays around 80–82°F. It’s a heated pool—not a hot tub—so it may feel refreshing rather than warm.

Do not touch pool equipment or remove the pool vacuum ($500 minimum fee for damage).
