Hello! :) Welcome to our home!

We are Jake and Lauren and are excited to start opening up our home to others! We will be close by and available 24/7 if you need anything at all! Everything is DEEP CLEANED between stays! We hope you love our home as much as we did! (Minimum 1 month stay)

- Home-
Our home is a second story, two bedroom, one and a half bath condo, located in North Scottsdale. It is a corner unit, with tons of natural light. Capable of sleeping 6 comfortably. Master includes a king bed, guest room has two twin XL beds (capable of converting to a king with a conversion kit upon request), living room offers a pullout couch and high end queen blow up mattress if needed. NEW designated office space with desk and chair. Your own washer and dryer in the home. Outdoor space has beautiful Mountain View’s with four comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy morning coffee, or happy hour. Home comes with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. New stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large farmhouse dining table that seats 10, high speed internet, TV in both bedrooms and living room, community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and a monthly calendar including all the fun events happening during your stay!

Extremely safe neighborhood located directly across the street from a children’s playground with baseball fields and a dog park. Dining, entertainment and convenience stores located just across the street including AJ’s Fine Foods, Chipotle, Flo’s Asian, Pita Jungle, Walgreens, Twin Peaks, etc. Enjoy a nice stroll to nearby events including Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Phoenix Open. 3 miles to the exciting entertainment district at the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons featuring great shopping and dining. 5 miles to TopGolf, Talking Stick Casino and Resort, and Diamondback/Rockies Spring Training. A short 10 mile Uber to the exciting nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale and 15 miles to downtown Tempe (Arizona State University). Looking for a nice hike? We are located in between two major hiking trails. 20 minutes to either Toms Thumb Trail or the well known Camelback Mountain. We are conveniently located with quick and easy access to the 101 highway to get you wherever you need to be.

This was great condo, great location, easy access to freeway, well stocked kitchen and the Hosts are awesome, they worked with us and were in constant communication with us. We would highly recommend it and we most definitely stay again

Great Scottsdale Location!

We were in Scottsdale for a horse show at West World and loved our stay here, only 4 minutes away. Very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, and a quick walk to the pool and spa. Would go back next year.

Great location!

Lauren & Jake’s place was conveniently located for all things we needed for a relaxing hiking trip in the desert! Close to several restaurants, stores, and trailheads. The condo was roomy enough for our party of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Would stay again :)

We loved our stay at Lauren and Jakes condo. Pictures are exact, location is so convenient to everything necessary. Lauren was a dream to work with, communication was excellent. When back in Scottsdale we hope the condo will be available.

Perfect long term stay!!

Absolutely wonderful condo, location and stay! Beautifully designed and decorated, with lots of natural light and space. Close to stores, trails, and restaurants nearby. Easy check-in and both Jake and Lauren were amazing hosts! Lovely area of North Scottsdale, super close to fabulous walking, running, biking and hiking trails! Pool area is gorgeous also, which was great to have access to during my stay. Would definitely stay again, and refer others to this place.
