The house was in a great location to the Spring Training facility we were going to. The house had all of the emenities that we wanted and was a good space. I rated it lower, overall, for the things I wish we had known before we rented:1. The owner is in charge of the thermostat at all times, If you want it warmer or cooler, you have to reach out to the management company who contacts the owner.2. The owner is also in charge of when the hot tub comes on and off. Again, you have to contact the management company to contact the owner to arrange the schedule. Just don't be later than expected one night or no hot tub time for you because the owner turned it off already.3. There is no where to hang clothes in the master bedroom. The master closet is locked with the owner's belongings inside.4. There is no television service unless you bring your streaming log-ins (which I don't have).These may seem like trivial issues but it would have been nice to know before we selected this house.
