The home is in a great location, very close to Sprouts and In N Out, and worked well for a weekend visit while attending a performance at the Ikeda Performing Arts Center. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to check in a bit early, and the checkout process was very simple and easy. The pool is located across the street and was convenient, though it is not heated. The hot tub, however, was great and definitely a highlight. The main downside was that the WiFi was constantly going down. We did not reach out to the host since we were out and about most of the stay, but it was disappointing to miss most of the Masters, especially since the property is on a golf course. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with one notable issue that impacted our experience.

Spacious kitchen and great room. Outdoor patio was wonderful; ate several meals outside. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was good for the activities we do in AZ. Owner responded quickly to a few issues we had. We are looking forward to our stay again at this property in 2027.

We were in Mesa to watch Cubs pre season game, house was continently located in a very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, wonderful open floor plan, with an inviting patio out the rear of the house. The island between great room and the kitchen is a great gathering place while making breakfast or lunch.Our host Shahida was excellent to deal with and the house was just what we hoped for.

This home had everything we needed. Towels, pool towels, a kettle, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, full coffee station, plenty of blankets and more. The beds were so comfortable and the place was very clean. The size of the space is great too. Living room was large, the couches were super comfy. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting the area.

Quiet property great location in Mesa. Everything we needed was provided. Excellent communication with the host and all questions were answered within minutes. Beds were heaven! The only complaint is that the skylight in the master bath shines sun into the bedroom at 515am and makes it almost impossible to sleep. Had to use one of the extra guest rooms on 3 of the 4 mornings we stayed in order to sleep past 530am.

Great space & Great communication.

The property was clean and spacious with all the amenities and comfortable beds. My only suggestion would be to have lounge chairs to enjoy the sunny patio. The communication with the owner was excellent making check in and out very smooth.

I GOT THIS FOUNDATION golf tournament

My friend was invited to play a 2 day golf tournament in Mesa. We came down early to take in the sights and play some golf before his tournament. The place was open and comfortable. Felt like home. Enjoyed late afternoons on the patio and watched golfers play thru on hole 14. Will be back next year and if numbers don’t increase will definitely come back and stay again.

Very nice location. Awesome owner!

Our stay was very good and would not hesitate to stay again. The best thing was the communication with the owner. They were responsive and did everything they could to resolve any issues we encountered.We only had a few very minor issues.The cleaning crew could have done a bit better job. There were some hairs on the floor in the bathroom but we were able to sweep them up using the cleaning supplies left by the owner.The property needs a bit of updating. The patio was beautiful but the grill propane had a leak so we did not use it and we DID NOT bring it to the owner's attention. I am sure they would have done something about it but we just didn't need the grill.There are a ton of nice planters around the house but nothing planted. Would have been nice if the house was dressed up just a bit.I didn't see in the listing that the garage was not for use by tenants. Again, not a big deal as we did not need it.Final thought is that if you want a very nice property for your stay, you can count on this owner to do whatever they can to support you during your stay and this by itself is worth the price of the property.

Not quite golf course or poolside

We thought by the pictures that there was a pool - which there is, but it was across the road behind a wall so we didn’t know. Also it doesn’t have a golf course view as the patio is lower, but if the patio was upgraded in the landscaping, it would go a long way. The kitchen was our favorite place for our sibling group as we cook our own food and enjoy hanging out there. Unfortunately the frig malfunctioned and our food had to be thrown out. The owner tried to accommodate this, but it added the hassle of shopping every day as I only had a small plug in cooler I brought.The living room couches were not comfortable and need replacing. I believe this is a newer listed rental and with some updates I could recommend it.

Wedding in Mesa

The house was great. Good sized bedrooms, and a large kitchen. Having an outdoor grill was nice as well. Very quiet as it backs up to a golf course.
