We had a great time staying at the Gilbert Family Estate. It is a large house with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Everyone had lots of space and privacy during our stay, and our 3 year olds LOVED the “park” in the backyard. Communication with Jamie, the property manager, was also seamless and pleasant. Would stay here again!

Awesome stay

This VRBO is a perfect spot for a larger group. We had 8 in our group and we needed everyone to have their own bed. Very clean and welcoming. We will stay again! Thanks!

GREAT PROPERTY IN QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. GOLF AND SPRING TRAINING TRIP. GOLF CLOSE BY. SCOTTSDALE 30 MINUTES AWAY. LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE 8 OF US TO HAVE OUR OWN ROOM. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Great place to stay, this was our 2nd year! The house is as advertised, very clean, plenty of room, nice neighborhood! Does need to have some things updated, coffee maker is worn out and doesn’t keep coffee hot, need to boost the router, upstairs tv’s go on and off losing internet connection! Overall a very nice place to stay!

We were in town for a family wedding, so needed a home to accommodate several generations of family. This house was the perfect setting and had great accommodations for children, including a pack n play, high chair and toys, which was super helpful when traveling from out of state. The multiple bedrooms were all furnished with comfortable beds, and there was lots of space to relax. The spacious back yard and playset were also great for the kids and adults to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather! Jesse was amazing in responding quickly to any questions or concerns we had!

Terrific stay!

This is the only home we'll reserve when visiting family in the East Valley. We just spent our 3rd Christmas there and we love it. It's spacious and comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. Jamie, the contact for the property, was helpful and easily accessible. It is honestly the perfect rental in every way.

Family getaway for graduation

We had such a wonderful stay at the Gilbert Family estate. It was the perfect house for the 10 of us that made up 3 generations! The house was so well equipped with everything we needed. And Jamie was such a gracious host that was always quick to respond! I highly recommend for your next family getaway in Gilbert!

In town for wedding

We had 11 of our family members stay here ages from 19 - 88. We stayed for 3 nights and we all enjoyed this house. There were plenty of bedrooms along with one on the first floor that worked out well for my older parents (both 88 years old). The large kitchen and 3 1/2 bathrooms worked well for our group.

Great Place to stay in Gilbert!

The property was as advertised, very beautiful home and very clean. Great neighborhood! We will most likely rent it again next year! Although they should update their outside BBQ grill , other then that great place to stay!

Annual Sibling Gathering

We had 6 adults in the house this year and it worked out great! Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outside patio, the walking trail is steps from the house, and the overall location is good. This is our 2nd year and the house, and we would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful home, well priced!

This property is so beautiful! So elegant, yet understated. It was perfect for our needs! Everything was clean, in working order, plenty of space for everyone (we had a party of 8 adults) and simply a perfect place to be. Would stay here again and would recommend everyone to stay here!!

Our family stayed at the property while im towm for graduation. It was well lept. It looked exactly like the pictures. The small kids enjoyed the outdoor swing se. The downstairs Masters was perfect for my elderly mother.

The property manager was so amazing. The house itself and neighborhood are very, very nice but the decor is really out dated and random. There is also a strong religious theme throughout.. I’m a believer and still didn’t think it appropriate for vacation visitors .

An exceptional “ Exceptions “ 2023 Reunion

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gilbert Family Estate. Three couples and Two single adults all in their late 60’s- early 70’s gathered from across the US to celebrate 2 71st birthdays and spend time with very dear friends. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make for a comfortable time. The home is spacious allowing for people to get away when needed, and the recreation room with pool table is a nice feature to pass time away. The outdoor patio was a great place to spend early mornings having coffee and planning our day’s events. The location of the home provides easy access to several restaurants and shopping areas. The Musical Instrument Museum was spectacular and was easily accessible from the home. Having a washing machine and dryer in the house makes it convenient to do laundry during down time.

Well kept property with space for all

Really enjoyed our stay here. All things were well kept and in working order. Lots of space for all family members to eat, sleep, relax and play outside. Kids loved the swing set and ample sized yard. Maybe only two minor downsides (very minor) but they did not impact my rating. Would be nice to have access to use the garage but seems owners have personal belongings locked away there. Second thing was that on landscaping day we realized how outdated the windows were as we heard the neighbors' landscapers 2 - 3 houses down at 6am before they even started at this property. I would still rent here in the future. We loved the location and everything it offers.

Great Place for a family reunion

We had a wonderful time at the Gilbert Family Estate. The house was clean and very well furnished. The location was amazing it seemed like everything was about a 10-15 minute drive away. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We had great communication with Melonie who was the caretaker, she was very helpful and kept us informed of any information we might need. We would definitely stay here again!
