Just 18 minutes from the airport and Old Town Scottsdale, the Double Eagle Villa has it all! For the active, try out the brand new pickleball court, play volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole, or maybe some basketball, on the court or in the pool! If a slower pace is your thing, perhaps relax in the hot tub while watching your favorite television shows. Afterward, relax around the fire pit and two outdoor fireplaces surrounded by cactus and swaying palms. The fun continues indoors with billiards, poker, table games, and maybe the bar? Wanna take an excursion? Great golf, shopping, hiking, dining, casinos, and nightlife all can be found within about 15 minutes of the centrally located home. The Double Eagle Villa truly has it all!

We planned to stay for a week with our extended family, and unfortunately had to leave after the first night. Great property with a lot of potential but unfortunately has not been maintained. The overall cleanliness lacked, the grills grease trap started a small fire upon being lit, and multiple scorpions were found in the home and on the property. An exterminator was sent to the property within hours of our call to management but given the scope of the problem, and the danger posed to children traveling with us, we were uncomfortable staying. In the end we reached a resolution that worked for all and we left the property. Management was disrespectful and difficult to work with. The owner we spoke to was helpful and kind. Without maintenance, a deep clean, and an extensive extermination effort, we would not return.

We had four families staying at the Double Eagle Villa and found it to be perfect. We also rented the van which fit us perfectly and was well worth the cost. We arrived during a hot spell and Scott was immediately responsive to turn down the heat on the pool. We spent every night outdoors eating, playing games and talking. There was plenty of seating for everyone outside and we used the grill and outdoor griddle every night. The house was clean and had SO MANY beds.

Everything about the place was perfect, we had a great time with our family and friends enjoying all of the many amenities of the house. We made some wonderful memories thanks to this great property and even found a love of pickleball! Andi was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable, the house was well stocked and we had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the pool and had a good time overall because the yard and layout had so much potential, but the property itself needs significant maintenance and attention before it should be rented again. The pool and outdoor space was spacious and fun for kids, but many of the amenities listed were unusable -- putting green but no putters, the pickleball paddles were cracked and some other equipment was broken. Inside, we noticed multiple maintenance issues: several leaks, water damage and possible mold in some rooms, and a few air conditioning units were leaking. The laundry room had a strong oder, and we had to pour water down the drains daily to keep the smell down.The home had plenty of beds, which was great for a large group, though the sleeping arrangements felt a little bit awkward ( for example, four beds in one room). Unfortunately, there were also cockroaches (alive and dead), doors that were difficult to open and close, and the back sliding door didn't lock securely.There were little to no cleaning supplies, (broom/vacuum...) which made it hard to keep things clean during our stay. There were plenty of towels but no extra blankets, and a few other items that would have been helpful during our time here.With some deep cleaning, pest control and repairs, this property could be wonderful -- but in its current condition, it felt short of expectations.

We were in town for a family wedding. Our group consisted of great grandparents down to infants and all generations in between. The living space indoors was ample. Kitchen was good. The outdoor space was wonderful. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball net, game room, fire pit, outdoor tvs, sitting areas. It was great for all ages, especially at this time of year. Equipment for outdoor areas was good. Host was very responsive and came out during our stay to check on the starter for the fire pit when we had a question. Negatives 1. My mother’s walker was unable to fit through the door to the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom with the two queen beds. 2. The room that was listed as two king beds was actually not in a bedroom but rather was in a common area with no privacy. 3. It seemed like the floors were dirty, when you walked barefoot on the tile in the house your feet got very black. Overall this house fit our needs. Thank you

Guys Trip!

Excellent place and stay, definitely recommend & would come back. We had 11 guys for a Fantasy Football Trip. Everyone had their own Good Size Bed. It was Hot! but thank God for the Pool. Great Property!

Home had lots of space and amenities. Each bedroom and bathroom had a different look/feel. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans and even some spices and a beverage fridge which was really helpful as we prepared all meals on site and even used one of several outdoor grills. Prior guests left behind some food items and we also left behind some unused food and supplies for the next guests. The pool was refreshing although a pool cover would help with the daily cleanup of tree droppings and bugs that would fall in overnight. Lots of pool toys provided and towels for indoor and outdoor. Host even brought additional cleaning supplies when requested so we could clean the floors after meals. Overall, our group enjoyed our stay in this VRBO and thank the host for being only a text/call away.

Overall, the property was well worn and needs lots of updating and maintenance. Property not appearing as listed. It’s apparent that the house has not been kept up on for quite some time. Location is great, sprawling house with lots of space to separate multiple families. Great potential but needs lots of work. Scott was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately there were lots of safety issues especially for young children and too many updates needed to justify the expense for this unit.

Amazing Property

The property was even better than advertised in the photos. The house was a perfect fit for our group with a ton to do at the house with the pool, putting green, and available games throughout the backyard. The location was great where you could get to downtown, golf courses, etc in around 25 minutes. If you have a larger group that is looking for a great location and want to spend some time at the house, this is the place for you.
