Everything about the property is amazing ! The house is very spacious, clean, neat and comfortable. The master bedroom is huge, and both bathrooms are large, clean and well stocked with various size of towels. There are 2 very large living rooms, with comfortable sofa chairs and couches. The huge backyard has two sets of tables and chairs for a great picnic and is fenced in with a tall fence providing privacy. The private basketball and/or pickleball court is an extra nice bonus. The cost to heat the pool though I think is a bit pricier than other properties in the area. The communication with the host was excellent. She responded to any questions and minor issues that came up during our stay quickly, and was very courteous and friendly. Though the property is close to two busy streets, the noise from the road traffic wasn't bad as the house is well insulated and the high barrier in front of the properly likely blocks out much of the noise. Since the Scottsdale airport is closeby, there is some noise from the airplanes flying low overhead, but that effects all houses in the neighborhood similarly and didn't bother us much. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit Scottsdale !
