The home is located in a quiet 55+ neighborhood in Sun City with plenty of parking and easy interstate access. We ask that the guest(s) be 55+.

Inside and out, you will find a beautifully remodeled home that is the perfect place for a warm retreat! The home has 3 bedrooms that will accommodate up to 5 guests (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed). Located directly across from a golf course, the front porch is the perfect spot for sunset and mountain views!

We ask that the home be booked for at least 1-Month during the winter months (1st of the month through the last day of the month). We also require a signed Rental Agreement, which we will send to you upon booking.

Guests are responsible for adhering to all Sun City HOA rules and any penalties incurred by violating rules. This includes that trailers / campers are prohibited on the premises.

Forgotten/Lost items can be returned at a flat rate of $50 (given shipping cost does not exceed $25). Returned belongings may take up to a month to return subject to current bookings; belongings will only be held up to one month after your stay.

No cable or TV services. The home provides Roku for guests streaming services with guests own logins. Please remember to log out when checking out.
