Have a relaxing stay in this modern fully furnished rental in the North Scottsdale area. Located in the Signature Condominium Homes, this condo unit has a large bedroom suite with an organic King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 2people.( Maximum 3 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. There are other attractions such as West World, TPC Golf Course, and the McDowell Mountains nearby. This is also a great place to stay to check out the Barrett-Jackson Car Show. Little Things Count

Listing overall was accurate and clean but they really could make it sooooo much more attractive with a few more touches. While there was shampoo/conditioner and some water downed shower gel, dishes, dish soap, a few K cups, pool towels, blankets, etc., there were no tissues, soap bars, laundry soap (not even hotel size) and only 2 bottles of water in the frig. Two wash cloths and two towels in the bathroom, the extra washcloths and towels were not in the bathroom, laundry area or master closet, but rather in an odd closet on an outside wall in the bedroom that looked like an outside door. However, the biggest frustrations for us were:1. A very loud A/C unit when it starts up, it would wake us up multiple times a night 2. No end tables or foot stools in the living room just a couch, chair and a glass table. The picture is accurate, it’s a bare room. I guess we thought they would have added end tables and a foot stool. It’s very hard for 2 people to get comfortable watching TV without end tables or a foot stool. We had a home on VRBO for 10 years and know that all the little things count.

Perfect for Golf

The condo was completely as advertised. Spotlessly cleaned and had all the amenities one would need. All communications were provided in a timely manner with check in directions perfectly described. The condo was near all the golf courses that I played. Restaurants nearby were very good. The condo was in a quiet neighborhood and was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Central location for our hiking adventure

We stayed here and drove 2 hours to Saguaro then 3 1/2 to Grand Canyon the next day. It was a long drive but we figured we were in the general area for a wedding so might as well do it. We also hiked Camelback. So if you’re looking for something like that this condo worked beautifully. We felt totally safe here

Fantastic!

Perfect location for us, just a 10 minute drive to my best friend‘s house in Scottsdale. In addition, a gorgeous condo filled with everything you could possibly need; so clean, and so comfortable! We did not use the pool, but how wonderful was it that it was there for us. We did take advantage of the exercise room, for which we were very grateful to have it.Highly recommend that if you’re going to Scottsdale, Arizona, this is a wonderful place to stay!
