Beautiful Modern Home Fully Upgraded!

Very modern house upgraded to the max. The house is about 1,700 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The house has a beautiful backyard with a big bar, lights, bbq, pool and Spa. The pool isn't heated but the Spa more than makes up for it.

The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park with a track, soccer field and basketball courts. The house is very private which is perfect for relaxing. Shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, theaters and freeway are all within 1 to 2 mile radius.

Everything you need is very close which makes things convenient.

The host was wonderful, very responsive to questions throughout our stay. The amenities are wonderful and the house is well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub was a plus in the winter months without a heated pool.

The home was well kept and updated. It had plenty of space and everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and was a great place to hang out and enjoy some sunshine. There was a small issue with the garage door opener, but a quick call from the host resolved it immediately. I would recommend this property.

Jose was a great!! Great communication very friendly and was easy to get ahold of. The house was the perfect size for us and had a lot of extras in the house as well. Hot tub was hot went in every night. The house was in a great neighborhood and right in the middle of everywhere we went. Only bummer was the pool was too cold for us to swim!

Staycation

We were looking for a nice house and the main requirement was a pool. This house has both plus some. Such a spacious, open house with 3 nice bedrooms to choose from and a beautiful kitchen area. I’m sure we spent equal amounts of time in the pool area, sitting at the kitchen bar and watching movies on Netflix. Our staycation was perfect and I’d definitely recommend Jose as a VRBO host ANYTIME!!!

So clean, so tidy, and Jose was an amazing host. The property was at the perfect location, close to shopping and attractions and some lovely hiking as well. Fantastic Vacation

Great experience with our stay. Kitchen, living area was open and great for entertaining. Backyard was Fantastic with Pool, hot tub and bar. We spent many hours in front of the fire pit. Added bonus was the Lemon Tree at peak ripeness. Being from Minnesota, this was a HUGE treat!! Convenient location for all our needs. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out super easy. Would definitely stay again if we visit in the future.
