This beautiful second story condo is located in the heart of all things awesome about AZ in a quiet, small community full of character. You can access most popular areas of interest within 5-20 minutes. Each bedroom has a king bed with plush, heavenly bedding, walk-in closets and balcony. High ceilings & windows provide plenty of light. The floors and countertops are travertine with carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and SS appliances. Pack 'N Play & highchair available upon request.

Fantastic condo
Lovely condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, lovely clerestory windows keep things light but doesn’t add to AZ heat. Marvelous view of Mummy Mtn. Nice condo community, great neighborhood, great restaurants within walking distance. Love the decor, fast, easy communication with owners. Love, love, love. Hoping it’s available again on my next trip.

We stayed here for the month of March 2020. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental. The unit was equipped with everything needed to cook during our stay. It also had lots of towels including pool towels. The pool was the perfect temperature. We had some difficulty getting live TV. We were not able to watch March Madness. The master bedroom and large patio are on a busy street with lots of traffic noise.

Great condo!
My husband and I loved this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful tile floors, high ceilings with great light coming in. We ate in often and the kitchen had everything we needed. I really appreciated that the condo was stocked with soap and cleaning supplies. The bed was SO comfortable! We spent plenty of time enjoying the patio. It’s a great place to stay!

Very comfortable, great condo in Paradise Valley
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The open floor plan and high ceilings contribute to the feeling of spaciousness, and plenty of windows let in lots of light. Both bedrooms are good sized, and the master suite has double sinks separate from the shower/toilet area - a definite plus. The kitchen is the best equipped of any condo we have ever rented.
The condo is centrally located with easy access to many of the local attractions.
Amy was a wonderful host, friendly and ready to help or answer any questions we had.
We are sure you will be happy with this condo, too.

Wonderful home, wonderful owners
Wow!! This place is gorgeous!! The house is super clean and the pictures, although accurate, don't quite capture how lovely this home really is. It has high ceilings throughout with natural light, making for an airy feel in the home. The natural travertine throughout is lovely. The home is completely stocked with brand new everything, from tons of new bath and pool towels, to new dishes, kitchen utensils and furniture. There's plenty of storage space with a pantry and walk in closets in both bedrooms and the smart technology in the house made it super convenient.
Amy went out of her way to make us feel welcome with so many thoughtful touches. She provided cleaning supplies, soap, gourmet coffee, a marquis message welcoming our family, a crib and high chair, and even fresh milk and muffins! She knew we had a daughter, so she even left some beautiful dresses for dress-up and small toys for her. So sweet and thoughtful! Arriving to the house felt just as inviting as coming home after a long trip.
Amy was really easy to get a hold of. We stayed for several months, and at one point had a maintenance issue. Amy was extremely responsive, apologetic (although nothing could've prevented it), and quick to fix it. She went above and beyond to make the inconvenience as small as possible.
The home is upgraded and convenient in many ways:
Security: a chain on the door
Technology: Google assistant and nest temperature control
Entertainment: Smart Roku TVs in all rooms, with access to many apps.
Parking: covered parking spot nearby with extra parking right by as well for guests.
Patios: The welcoming patios were like a second and third living room for enjoying the weather.
Location: located near Shea and Scottsdale made it so convenient to access nearby businesses with everything we needed.
Pullout Couch for overnight guests with extra bedding provided.
Overall, we loved this home, and it was obvious that the owners do too. They really put a lot of love and effort into making it as welcoming as possible for their guests. Thank you Amy!
