Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Just a heads-up: The locked owners bedroom, the garage and the attached small apartment are off-limits to guests. other than that the guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

The home is located in a peaceful residential area with quiet streets, mature trees, and a calm, local vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind without feeling too far from everything you need.



Within a short drive, you'll hit Downtown Chandler, home to unique restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and weekly farmers markets. The area blends historic charm with modern touches, giving you plenty to explore.



There are also nearby parks, walking trails, and family-friendly spots like the Arizona Railway Museum and Desert Breeze Park. Whether you’re into outdoor activities or just grabbing a good bite, it’s all close by.

➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency. Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range. The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee temperatures outside this range or 100% system uptime, as frequent guest use may occasionally cause the system to require maintenance or repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
