Our CACTUS SISTERS, Saguaro and Cholla, are 2 pet friendly, A-frame homes on a large multi home lot with the spectacular Superstition Mts and Tonto National Forest directly behind the lot. The two homes combined sleep 10 with 4 BRs and 3.5 baths. Both homes have covered patios with dining furniture and access to a gazebo and playground with a basketball hoop.

Saguaro's first floor includes a great room, well stocked kitchen, bedroom and full bath. The great room features a sofa, TV and fireplace. The kitchen has full size appliances and counter seating for enjoying home cooked meals. Highchairs are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.

The bedroom and bathroom in Saguaro are accessed by a hallway. The bedroom has a king bed, TV and doors to an outdoor walkway. The bathroom has a tub-shower combo. A hairdryer and soap are stocked. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. The family size laundry appliances are behind bifold doors and adjacent to the great room. There are indoor stairs that lead to the second floor studio.

The second floor studio in Saguaro has a sitting area with a TV and fireplace, mini kitchen, bed and enclosed bath with a walk-in shower. There are doors to the private balcony and outdoor steps. City views from the balcony are impressive.

The second home is Cholla with a similar set up to Saguaro. The first floor great room has a sitting area, well stocked kitchen with counter seating and laundry appliances behind bifold doors. The first floor bedroom includes a queen bed and the full bath has a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer is stocked. First floor doors lead to the covered patio with a grill and dining furniture plus there are outside steps to access the second floor. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The second floor at Cholla has a single daybed with a single pull-out trundle bed. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with an eating area for 2. Doors access the private balcony at Cholla.

The homes are situated on a large lot that is mostly enclosed and backs up to the Tonto National Forest with spectacular scenery, opportunities to view wildlife and exciting trails. Hiking and mountain biking are allowed; ATVs are not permitted. Nearby is Usery Mountain Regional Park and Lost Dutchman State Park. Remember your cameras, binoculars, hiking shoes and field guides!

In addition to the homes perfect location for hiking and sightseeing in the Superstition Mountains, there is golfing at nearby courses and dining at local eateries. Apache Junction offers historical charm in a rural environment as well as various recreational activities. Staying at the CACTUS SISTERS works well for visiting the annual Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement s guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for these homes. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10) total at both homes.

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Two dogs are permitted, one per house. The cleaning fee is $150 per dog. Dogs may not be aggressive and owners must clean up after their dogs. Dogs must be on a leash and controlled at all times when outside the homes.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.

Guests do not have access to the pool that is on the multi-family property.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

The homes do not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
