There were 4 of us. We would not stay here again and do not recommend it.Among other things, there was poor communication from the host. I had to ask several times for checkin instructions which we finally got the night before with the building and apartment number but we didn’t get the door code until 30 mins after checkin time after calling VRBO to get ahold of host.
We couldn’t cook or even make coffee, had to eat out for all meals. Cons: * There are only 2 chairs at the counter instead of the 4 pictured* There are only 3 plates and a couple of small bowls. 2 forks, 1 paring knife a bunch of spoons. That’s it for silverware. * One frying pan that belongs in the trash* Kurig doesn’t work so no coffee* You get two towels and 1 washcloth per couple * The couch and chair are hard as a rock, couldn’t sit on them for more than a few minutes. * Tables are rickety and unbalanced. * One of the bedroom doors doesn’t close.
Pros* View is great* Beds are decent (but about 6 inches off the floor) * Location is central to the penns landing/old city areas
Also the address on the listing is incorrect.
