• Kitchen & Dining: Enjoy a sleek, fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, cookware, and a cozy dining table perfect for meals or remote work.

• Bathroom: Step into a contemporary bathroom boasting clean finishes, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

• Building Amenities: Stay active during your trip with convenient access to the building’s onsite fitness center.

Guest Access:

Enjoy complete seclusion in a space reserved entirely for you—featuring a private sleeping area, functional kitchen, and modern bathroom. A digital lock system allows hassle-free, independent arrivals on your timeline.



Other Things to Note:

Protection & Property Coverage

• A non-refundable $69 coverage fee is attached to each stay, protecting against incidental damages up to $150.



Identity Validation & Mandatory Requirements

To maintain building safety and meet municipal protocols, guest verification is mandatory prior to entry. We may request an official photo ID, contact confirmation, completion of our online portal, or a brief background screening.

• Photo Identification: Every registered guest must submit a valid official ID.

• Age Limit & Booking Policy: Primary account holders must be 21 or older and remain on-site for the duration of the visit. Reservations made by individuals under 21 cannot be honored unless submitted directly by a co-traveler who meets the minimum age criteria and remains present throughout the stay.

• Privacy Assurance: Personal details are strictly accessed for safety screening and are never retained for secondary uses.



Guest Agreement & Process

Prior to receiving arrival directions, travelers must execute a standard short-term lease agreement confirming compliance with house rules, identity checks, and background reviews where applicable.



Timeframe: Screening needs to be finalized within 24 hours of reservation confirmation (or within 60 minutes for same-day arrivals). Non-compliant bookings are subject to cancellation.



Pet Policy

We accommodate well-behaved pets subject to size approval. Please inform us before booking; undisclosed pets may lead to reservation termination. Standard pet care fees:

• Short stays (1–4 nights): $35/night

• Extended visits (5–29 nights): $250 flat fee

• Long-term stays (30+ nights): $400 flat fee

• Hallway corridors feature security cameras, and an in-unit decibel monitor oversees volume levels to ensure building quiet hours.

• Please note that pool access is not included with this studio reservation.
