« If you like a apartnent pool out in nowhere with no staff, prison food and lots og bugs/insects, which is priced much higher then much finer hotels in this area, then this should be your choice. We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range. Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). It basically has no maintance or staff it seemed....

« What is advertised and charged at 5 Star rates is not a 5 Star experience The beachfront villas would have been amazing when new but are showing sings of dilapidation The biggest disappointment was the service especially the “butler “ The”butler “ was very late to respond to issues we were having and did not respond to messages nor phone calls »

« Chambres très spacieuses et confortables. Staff très accueillant et arrangeant avec un service de navette gratuite vers Ao Nang très pratique ! Quelques petits points d’hygiène à améliorer dans la salle de bain mais rien de rédhibitoire. Très bon séjour. »
