He made us feel at home with stories about his family and organised transfers for our onward journey too. Nothing was too much trouble. '

'The house itself is quite nice, but there quite a few remarks to be made: - On arrival the house smelled moldy. - Obviously there is no standard pest control. After we found live cockroaches in the curtains on the first floor, we called the caretaker. Pest control arrived. The smell was terrible for several hours (mind you we lived in the tropics for 5 years with pest control coming by every fortnight and we never smelled anything!). The treatment luckily worked, we only found several dead...

'Enjoyed 4 wonderful days at this beautiful property. Needed to make contact with the owner a couple of days before arrival as hadn’t received arrival information but got a quick response. Greeting was great and we received a good amount of information about how to use amenities. The villa was clean and the pool area is amazing. Received daily service and towels were replaced. The villa is within easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants. There is a wine and beer shop a few minutes walk...
