'The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. Thinking it was a temporary location until I could find where "parking included" was located. Apparently it is NOT included and I had to pay for overnight parking. Not a...

'Terrible hotel. The first room they gave us had no working power and light in the room and the bathroom, the TV had no channels, there was no working WIFI in the room. In stead of saying sorry and giving us a new room, they said that they would send a technician to fix the problem. At the end of the day all the problems were not fixed.
