Our a/c broke mid-stay/week, and the place was booked out, so we ended up staying elsewhere part of the week, but the folks refunded me promptly for the nights we couldn’t stay. They have great pickleball courts and tons of people there to play against. If you love pickleball, this is your spot! The views are unbeatable! It’s a great location—you can walk to Mc Donald’s and Subway easily and quickly, if you don’t drive. '

'AMAZINGGGGG!!!!! When I tell you this property is drop dead gorgeous, it will not disappoint. Nicky was amazing . She made the stay so welcoming! From the views to the complementary alcohol, snacks, and beverages. She told us everything that was going on during our stay in St. Marteen. The pool was a little cold but we still enjoyed it. The room was top tier and brand spanking new. We want to come back and bring our son next time. Thank you '

Cottage well equipped: airconditioning, large fridge/freezer, large cooker, large BBQ, flatscreen tv, audio-system, satnav for car, local mobile phone etc. etc. Gabriella and Douglas were very welcoming and helpful hosts and can tell a lot about Antigua.'
