Welcome to Zot, a charming stone house that is bright, spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features three cosy bedrooms, each with bed linen provided, and a bathroom with towels and shower gel available. The large, light-filled living space includes an open kitchen with all necessary products: dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, etc. A washing machine with laundry detergent and softener is also at your disposal. Toilet paper is provided. You’ll also enjoy Wi-Fi and a lovely terrace for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation.

Outside, everything is designed for your comfort. The furnished terrace is perfect for gathering, while the private pool promises wonderful moments of relaxation under the sun. A private parking space is available for your convenience.

Located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, Welcome to Zot offers a peaceful and green environment. You are just 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, 1 hour from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from Périgueux. Every Sunday, there is a large market in Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle, and on Thursdays, a fishmonger and grocer come through the village.

The house is fully reserved for guests to ensure privacy and tranquillity. Bed linen, towels and basic products are provided.
