'In July our family of six had the opportunity to vacation in the Crows Nest Villa at Peter Island. The Hospitality and kindness we received was truly World Class. 'We have stayed in three other hotels on our annual trip to Tortola and this one was the best. Very modern clean rooms. Nicole and Mya at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was a bit concerned that the hotel was not directly on the sand with beach but really it’s just steps from the hotel. We loved that there were 3-4 nice restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. We will return. Thank you '

'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'
