Villa's in Peso da Régua

'Fijn groot traditioneel huis. Zowel binnen als buiten schoon. Heerlijk groot en helder zwembad. Persoonlijke ontvangst prettig. Ondanks de warmte geen airco of ventilator gemist, deuren en ramen konden open blijven, er waren geen muggen. Schitterend uitzicht. Wel goede schoenen aan doen om bij het zwembad te komen, steil en niet echt naast het huis. Absoluut een aanrader!'

'The views are stunning. The pool was great with temperatures outside between 35-39 degrees. Young and old(er) enjoyed it. The location is a bit remote, so going out for dinner is a good drive away. There are several options for walks in the area, with variations in scenery.'

'Cristina was very friendly and the breakfasts she brought us were great. The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor barbecue facilities were quite useful'

'Huis was compleet qua uitrusting, ruim olek binnen en buiten.In Sobretomega en Marco de Canaveses veel leuke restaurantjes en goede supermarkten.Porto en Braga op 45 min, mooie steden om te bezoeken.Stevige auto wel een must.'

'We had a nice stay at the house. It is spacious and well situated for a relaxing stay. A very large garden with nice cherry trees and raspberry bushes. The house has most of the needed enmities. You can see though that it’s not kept at the highest level as not all areas are to the standard that you would expect with the house. Broken furniture, bad quality mattresses few pieces of worn out furniture. It’s a 7/10 where with some upgrades and a little bit more love it could be easily a 10/10....

'Wonderful place to stay. Francisco & Teresa are magnificent hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Fresh vegetables & fruit were delicious. Assisted us with transportation, Phillip was excellent. The view from our rooms, the pool and from the outside table was spectacular.'

'We had an excellent and relaxing stay in the very well appointed vineyard home. The drive in and out took some getting used to with the narrow lanes amongst the vines, but you couldn’t ask for a more idyllic and quiet place to relax. The wine they produce there is great too!'
