Please be advised that the building is older and full of character, which means it may come with a few quirks—like occasionally temperamental plumbing. There`s also a lively local pub just across the road that features live music on some evenings, usually wrapping up around 10:30pm. BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has a wardrobe space for your luggage and is equipped with a split system AC for both heating and cooling.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with:
- fridge/freezer
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix account. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
Washing machine and dryer are available to use - located in the communal laundry room.
NOTE: There is a common parking but it`s a first come first serve basis. Here are the options for nearby paid parking:
1. Secure Parking FOMO Car Park - 71m, 1min drive
2. Fremantle Oval Car Park 10A - 350m, 2mins drive
3. Parry Street Car Park - 350m, 1min drive
4. William Street Car Park 24 - 200m, 1min drive
5. Secure Parking Collie Street Car Park - 1km, 3mins drive
6. Wilson Parking 20 Cantonment St - 500m, 2mins drive
7. 45 Henderson Street Car Park - 57m, 1min drive
8. Paddy Troy Mall Parking250m, 1min drive
9. 10 Henderson St - 250m, 1min drive
10. Josephson Street Car Park #15- 240m, 1min drive
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
The keys are located in the laundry in the middle of the carpark at the rear of Jaylu Flats.
II am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This unrevealed location thrives off the famous Fremantle lifestyle. With views straight down Henderson Street of the Fremantle Markets, from here you can walk to an array of restaurants, eateries, and historical sites and enjoy endless entertainment opportunities along the Cappuccino Strip and beyond. Minutes to premier beaches and river precincts and within walking distance of public transport, Fremantle is the central hub of history and entertainment and currently undergoing significant renewal projects.
There are also bus stops nearby:
1. High St After Parry St - 500m, 1min drive
2. High St After Queen St - 190m, 1min drive
3. Queen Street After Adelaide St - 280m, 1min drive
NOTE: The ceiling fans can be switched to winter mode but it won`t `heat` the room.
HOT WATER: Please check if the gas valve levers are turned on - located by the front door.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
