Mia Mia means "a place to dwell" or "home" in the language of the Noongar people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which this home stands. The name was chosen to honour the spirit of this peaceful place and the deep connection between land, people, and shelter that has existed here for thousands of years.

On the lower level of the home you’ll find a generous master suite with ensuite bathroom and peaceful courtyard views, as well as a private study—ideal for remote work or quiet reading. The open-plan living area includes a comfy TV lounge, a stylish dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for cooking up anything from casual meals to group dinners. There’s also a guest toilet and a full laundry for your convenience.

Upstairs offers three spacious bedrooms, a central family bathroom, and a second living area that opens onto a sunny front balcony—great for morning coffees or evening drinks.
