Glass sliding doors lead out onto the large veranda with chairs and small tables, perfect for sunset drinks and morning coffees overlooking the olive trees onto the huge park and ocean views.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe.

The fourth bedroom downstairs has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe.

Aside from the large playground and access to the beach directly across the road, you can walk along the beach boardwalk, its just 6 minutes to the fantastic Golden Bay's Shipwreck Cove and 450m walk down the alleyway to Bru’s House café for brunch, 10 minutes to Peel Estate Winery. Located between the Mandurah & Rockingham there’s plenty of restaurants, shopping precincts, transport, wineries, top-tier golf courses and white sandy beaches.

Less than an hour from Perth, Golden Bay is commonly known as the coastal playground.
