'They say that I didn’t paid for reservation so that’s why they gave my room to someone else when I call the hotel they said the don’t have any room left'

'The pictures are really different. And I am surprised that other family reviewers left good reviews especially cleaners reviews. I felt guilty about that I reserved this hotel for my family. 'The hotel itself was great! The train coming through at all hours of the night multiple times was rough. The train woke us up so many times. The beds were very firm and the pillows were flat. The staff was amazing and helpful. The towels were always fresh when we got back from being out all day. I would come back if the train was not coming through at all hours.'

The property is older and has been poorly maintained. The television in the room didn't work. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor overnight with condensation. When checking out, I tried to locate a member of staff to alert them to the AC issue, but no one was around, even when I rang the bell...

'The hotel was pleasantly surprising. The area for breakfast was vibrant and cute & parking was easy. We requested a high floor upon booking; day of check-in we called they had not put us in a top floor, but the staff was very prompt to make the correction without any bumps. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was especially small & tight.
