Our spacious 2 bedroom 2019 Pemberton Knightsbridge caravan is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac benefitting with no through traffic, yet is only a minute or two’s walk to the centre of the complex and to incredible views of Perranporth’s glorious beach and coastline.

A gated ramp leads to the entrance via a side door or front patio doors which are accessible for pushchairs, and to the front there’s a large glass-fronted decking area with table and chairs, with views through to the sea.

Inside the four-berth holiday home you’ll find:

- A spacious lounge and dining area featuring a three piece sofa with a 48” LED Freeview TV, flame-effect electric fire, dining table and panoramic sliding doors through to the glass-fronted decking area

Bookings & Conditions

Available for full weeks with changeovers on Saturdays. Check-in is by 3.30pm and checkout by 10am.

A £250 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

If you would like to book for a date that is sooner than 8 weeks then the full amount would be payable immediately
