The "Maison Capucine" awaits you in Pernes-les-Fontaines, a charming village in a region whose landscapes have inspired the greatest Impressionist painters.
This splendid villa is the ideal place to spend unique holidays in an exceptional setting, enjoying a magnificent private pool and a southern garden with sunny scents. The "Capucine House" can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 rooms: three en-suite rooms with independent bathroom and closed toilet.
You will undoubtedly fall under the charm of this beautiful character home with carefully designed decor and modern amenities. With a capacity to accommodate 6 people, everyone will comfortably find their place, whether family or friends!

Welcome to this beautiful house with walls covered in dry stone in the purest Provençal tradition. Let's immediately explore the interiors, before returning to the garden and the swimming pool that already invite you with its sparkling sun-drenched waters.
The living area, the heart of the house, is divided into two parts: the living room side and the dining room/kitchen side. This space with beautiful volumes, modern and comfortable, is very bright thanks to the large bay windows that look out onto the exterior and the garden.
In the living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa or one of the armchairs facing the large bay window that looks out onto the terrace and the swimming pool. Boasting a superb ceiling height, it is the perfect place to rest, read, chat or watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen television in a contemporary and warm setting.
In the modern kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious little dishes, to be enjoyed at the beautiful wooden table or on the 100 m² terrace: cooking plates, extractor hood, oven, grill, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, household appliances, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster... nothing is missing. There is even a second American refrigerator in the pantry to be sure to find a cool place for all your provisions!
On the ground floor, three spacious en-suite rooms each have their own adjoining bathroom: 2 rooms are equipped with a Super King size bed (200 * 200) with high-end bedding for the most restful nights, and the last room has 2 single beds (100*100)
One of the rooms also has access via a French window to a small private terrace with deck chairs. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and toilets. The bathroom of the third bedroom is fitted with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
