Stunning Holiday Home “Villa Godoy” with Wi-Fi, Garden

The holiday home “Villa Godoy” is located in the town of Periana, less than an hours drive from Málaga city and impresses guests with its fantastic outdoor area. The property, which stretches over 2 floors and boasts rustic charm, consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a washing machine, children’s books and toys and a baby cot (only upon request). Furthermore, the property boasts an expansive, private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen with a dining table, a pool with salt water, an outdoor shower as well as beach chairs and a parasol, which should not be taken to the beach. There is also a small playground with a picnic area for children as well as a Pétanque court. In the garden, you will find a beautiful walnut tree with a bar next to it. A beer tap is available from the homeowner, however, you must buy the beer barrel yourself (the homeowner is happy to help you to find one). The closest restaurant is located a 1-minute walk away (99 m) and a further restaurant is a 9-minute walk from the property (550 m). The nearest bar can be reached in 10 minutes by car (4.9 km) while the nearest supermarket is a 12-minute drive away. The centre of Málaga is approximately 45 minutes away by car where you can spend the day shopping or visit the famous sights such as the Picasso Museum. The closest beach, Carmelita’s Beach, is 41 minutes driving from the property (31.8 km). Here you can unwind on the soft sand and swim in the deep blue sea.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Bath towels, hand towels and towels for the pool are provided. Well-behaved pets are allowed upon request. This must be agreed upon with the homeowner before you make the booking. Smoking is allowed outside and in the outdoor kitchen. The homeowner lives nearby.
