I did nothing wrong and the front desk knew the day before i was plannion staying but didn't inform me until check out time the following 2 days after knowing what i was doing. Now im have problems getting my refund.'

I could constantly hear water running through the pipes, especially when the room above flushed the bathroom. On top of that, you could clearly hear people walking around on the upper floor.
