Enjoy a quiet stay in a peaceful cul-de-sac, in a super cute and comfy home! Very close to downtown, Bradley, hospitals and it's easy to commute to any destination. Sleeps up to 10 guests-has a great downstairs game room and lounge area to watch movies!
Has stairs, a couple in the front, to the porch and a few when you enter into the back door. Has two rooms on the main floor, two upstairs (normal flight of stairs) and a bonus room in the basement (normal flight of stairs).
No pets
No smoking
Couple blocks away from Haddad's grocery store, St Mary's Cemetery, Peoria Speedway, Jukebox Comedy Club, Rocky Glen Park, Madison Golf Course and Newman Golf Course. Minutes from Bradley University, University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, and several Peoria area hospitals as well as Louisville Slugger Sports Complex.

We don’t allow any pets or smoking on the property due to other’s allergies and the possibility of ruining the home. Charges start at $100 fee per occurrence or replacing things is more than $100, this fee and then some will be added to your charges.

Family of the Bride

Daughter's wedding was at Haven on the Farm. Our family needed a house that was large enough for all of us and could be handicap accessible. This house was the perfect place. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with amble parking.The main floor was easy to access with a wheelchair. But, the main floor bathroom was accessible only to the sink, we were able to transfer granddaughter to toilet and tub without incident. Home has 2 large bedrooms on main floor and 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Amble closet space. Mercedes was a excellent host and solved any issues that arose in a timely manner. This was the perfect place for our family to gather and prepare for the wedding.Thank you Mercedes, you have a lovely home.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. We ended up with 3 kids for a total of 10 but they enjoyed staying in the basement on the huge couch. We never ran out of hot water for all the showers. Only downside were the bed pillows which could use replacing and the squeaky floors but otherwise filled our needs perfectly. The backyard bunny and all the birds were fun to see.

We were a group of 8 women, ages 28 to 82 heading to Wisconsin Dells. We found this home adequate for our one-night stay. Everyone slept well, although the basement was almost cold. We all really liked the porch swing!!

Great stay at the Speedway

The Speedway Rocky Glen house was perfect! The kitchen was perfectly appointed, everything was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the personal touches like the restaurant recommendations and record player with albums. The neighborhood was cute and very close to Bradley. Would definitely recommend.

A fun girls getaway weekend!

Old house, remodeled, in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. A quick drive to anywhere in Peoria or Peoria Heights. Super comfortable beds and couches. No place to sit outside other than one front porch swing.

Pros: clean; roomy enough for our two families; lots of storage areas; owner was prompt to respond to a several inquiries from a first timer and was willing to immediately fix a property issue; very happy with the amount and quality of baking accessories and utensils; well-decorated; nice neighborhood centrally located Cons: front door lock and knob should be either fixed or replaced; back door combination lock does not auto lock like the instructions say (I would change the instructions, not the lock); microwave is small; driveway flora needs trimming-couldn’t park up the driveway; squeaky wood floors; no backyard
