'Everything, we had great communication with the staff, got is in the room we requested . It was clean and everone was great. I highly recommend this accomidations in penticton vacation. The location , the staff, the facilities outstanding . And the lake view , was excellent, we had 2 fur babies that we brought and great location for walking your pet, or even if you want long breathtaking walks, and watching the birds on the skaha lake. Just so lovely. We would stay there again . Thanks so much...

'The suite was recently renovated and looks beautiful! Has everything you need plus more, lovely little touches like chocolates on the nightstand and good quality products in the bathroom. It’s a little cold in the bathroom but it soon warms up with the shower on so not a concern. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the discount to the sauna experience on site, it’s so worth it, recommend going in. The evening the fairy lights and candles really make it a magical experience!'
