Unit 406 at The Pearl of Navarre is a three-bedroom, 3 bath corner unit with a wraparound balcony that offers stunning views of the white sand beaches, the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The unit is tastefully decorated with attention to comfort. The open living design allows space for groups to gather with ease in the common areas while providing privacy between the bedrooms. Flat screen TV's are in the living room and each of the three bedrooms. The unit is also equipped with free high speed wireless internet service. The Gulf side master suite has a King bed, dressing area, separate Jacuzzi and shower and access to the Gulf side balcony. The master suite on the Sound side has a King bed, Jacuzzi tub shower combo, mini kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the Sound. The third bedroom is centrally located, has two full size beds and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Pearl is one of the most sought after condominiums on Navarre beach. The property is beautifully landscaped and gated for privacy. Features include two pools, one of which is heated, a hot tub, fitness center, outdoor grills (gas and charcoal), bike racks and ample parking. Navarre Beach is a pristine area which has earned numerous awards of recognition over the years. It is secluded enough to be a peaceful retreat but still close to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The Pier at Navarre is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico.

Condo is just okay

The view was great but the door leading out to it was VERY difficult to open and close. The unit was not really clean when we arrived but the management company came and cleaned it the next day. The master suite bed was comfy but the other two mattresses were not. The king was very hard and had sheets so worn out that the elastic was done for and would not stay on. The double beds felt very bouncy. The furniture and decor was very cheap and ancient, all about shells. There was no good way to stop up the water in the master suite tub. The condo is in a very nice location and the facilities and grounds seem well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay. The amenities were amazing. Our view was breathtaking. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was present. There were a few roaches in the kitchen area, but pest control was able to remedy the situation quickly. Overall a solid 4, almost 5.

We have stayed many times in the Pearl. One of our favorite places to stay in Navarre. Our family loves to stay right on the beach and love the view. We have 5 children ages 7-16. We try to stay at the lower units as the balcony is always a big hangout for us and im very cautious with my kids so dont want to be any higher than 3rd or 4th floor. This unit seemed perfect until the balcony door would not open. We had 3 i believe and only 1 my husband was able to open during our stay and it was very hard to open so after 2 times we decided we were done with that as he actually injured himself trying. The other issue was the washer and dryer barely worked. Maybe not such a big deal but we rent condos with these so were able to wash and dry towels and clothing during our week. The dryer door kept popping open and it took a lot of moving the dryer vent around to get it to shut. Took 3 times starting it to dry even 2 towels. The view was amazing only wish i could of enjoyed it more from the balcony. I dont usually complain about condos but we were there to enjoy a view we could barely enjoy. Day of checkout im up at 4am to make sure trash is taken out, dishes are loaded and started and started load of towela. I dumped all trash. Not a single trash was left. And a week later they are charging me additional cleaning fees with no other specific information of what. I cant imagine since i made sure there was nothing. Wont stay here again

Love this unit! We have stayed in 406 a few times. Condo is always clean and stocked with the essentials. The unit is very spacious. Master bed is very comfortable. We love that it has 2 balconies. The 4th floor has a great view.

Labor Day weekend

Good size. Enough seating for our needs. I wish they had extra towels and washcloths so I don’t have to wash laundry EVERYDAY! I am on vacation. I would rent again. My older kids were about to come down to the beach on Sunday and someone knocked on the door. It was maintenance stating they needed to upgrade the internet. I sent my husband up because you never know. He did in fact work on the internet and we didn’t. Know we didn’t have tv until we came back from dinner at 9 pm. My husband was aggravated because he could not watch tv. Kids could not watch tv either. We were not notified about maintenance coming that was aggravating. If we had not been there would they have let someone in?

Great Location

Not the most welcoming or friendliest host but location was great. The condo is spacious , just needs some updates . The furniture is outdated and the balcony furniture is not the greatest . The listing is very accurate . We did enjoy the pool and the gym . Not a lot of space for putting up your beach tent due to the condo chairs and umbrellas. Plan to be down at beach around 5am to get a good spot for tent .
