Property was almost perfect. Only complaint the 5 of us had was comfort of seating. We like to play cards,puzzles,etc.The dining chairs were hard and uncomfortable so we couldn't. The 2 sofas were uncomfortable also..beds were very comfortable..great location and size!

Great condo, horrible hired beach “security”

I would give the condo itself a 10, it was clean & had all of the items we needed in the bathrooms, laundry & the kitchen. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry & dw soap. The beds & pillows were all comfortable. Our only complaint is the rental company, HOA & “security” guard at the beach. He all but assaulted (punched!) my husband (I have it all on video) because we didn’t have our bands that the hoa was supposed to bring us on the first night (because there were only 5 in the condo & there was 8 of us, the people staying before us took 3) so after telling him the situation 3 days in a row (we weren’t going to not go to the beach on our vacation!!) he kicked my husband off the pier after chewing him out & almost hitting him, he had to walk around to the parking lot on hot asphalt with no shoes. We made yet another call to the rental company (3rd call) who did nothing again & finally called the hoa who stood up for the wanna be security guard, all they had to do was bring us the other 3 bands that were supposed to already be there! We won't be staying at any of the summer winds resorts because of this situation.

Highly Recommend

Our stay for 7 nights was great! This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely be returning back in the future. The host was quick with response with any questions or concerns we had. There were beach items in a closet for us to use, this was helpful since we flew in and weren’t able to bring much with us. There is also a store on the 1st floor that had smoothies and drinks which made it easy so we didn’t have to leave the condo often. From the condo you are a short distance to the pier and places to eat such as Andy D’s and Juana’s Pagodas. The checkout instructions were very detailed and were not extensive. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to travel to Navarre for a beach getaway :)

Family beach vacation

What a great condo! We loved being able to walk right to the local restaurants and easy access to the beach. The attached beach store was an added bonus. The kids were there every day for smoothies! Check-in and check-out were very easy and it was very clean. Just like advertised. Would definitely recommend.

Needs deep cleaning

Bath in master BR tub and shower floor was not clean, shower floor had lent and hair, queen BR bath, rugs were dirty, shink stopper was broken, twin BR sticky spot on floor and on chest, don’t know what it was because we didn’t try to clean it also shower water was just warm not hot, only in Twin BR. We still enjoyed our stay but the unit needs a deep cleaning.

Great value

We enjoyed this spacious condo, it was great for our family of 6. The location was perfect. It did not matter to us, but the condo was a little run down with chipped paint and cabinets and broken decor and the internet wasnt great but we werent there for that. There was noise from the people upstairs from 830-1130 most nights but over all its a good value so we would stay again! The kids loved the pool and being near tge pier was great too.

Perfect getaway!

The views at this property are absolutely stunning! For a fall vacation I really liked this condo because it wasn’t busy at all. The included chairs are an awesome bonus. I would absolutely stay again. Floors could definitely use a deep clean but that’s most places I’ve ever stayed. Other than the floor it was very clean. Can’t wait to stay here in Navarre again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was away from the downtown area but close to things if needed. The beach is great. The pools are nice and have room to lay around and soak up the sunshine.
