Thank you for your inquiry on my vacation rental at Sandy Key Condominiums, Perdido Key, FL #413353. We are directly on the beach, middle building, fourth floor overlooking the beach and pool, offering spectacular views of the gulf, beach, and pool, and providing you privacy to enjoy the large balcony.

You have many choices in deciding where to stay for your vacation, In your decision making, please consider that our condo is one of the cleanest , exceptionally comfortable, and of the highest quality of the hundred or so condos at Sandy Key. Some of the features to consider, beach furnishings, comfortable quality mattress's, all the kitchen items you will need to cook with, including large array of pot and pans, grilling tools, crock pot, stew pots for shrimp boils etc. Modern appliance's, including, brand new video equipment in every room including a 50 inch HD TV. Additionally, you have the convenience of our first floor storage that includes complimentary use of folding chairs, beach toys and umbrellas. I try to make my condo the best of the best and if you read my reviews, my guests also think so.
Sandy Key has two swimming pools (one is heated), hot tub jacuzzi, well equipped exercise room, tennis court and ample parking. Sandy Key is located on a quiet, 790 foot private stretch of sugar white sand, away from the hustle and bustle of the main highway. You may watch dolphins swim by as they frolic in the Gulf, and watch the kids play in the sand from your private balcony at this kids-friendly beachfront property.

You will love the newly reconstructed look of this quiet family-friendly beach front complex. Relax in this newly decorated and fully equipped condo and feel the warmth as you are welcomed into this bright and cozy home away from home. The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed overlooks the gulf and has sliding door access to the balcony. The master has a 32 inch TV and DVD player, private bath with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom located right down the hall is fully furnished with a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and offers a TV and DVD player. The living room is furnished with sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and recliner. We also provide a 50 inch flat panel HD TV, with cable, ROKU and wireless internet. The kitchen has stainless appliances, microwave and Keurig. It is fully equipped and includes the dishes, glasses and cookware. The laundry room has full size washer & dryer.

Step outside onto your patio with two pools, and hot tub just feet away. Pool outside our condo is heated. The beautifully landscaped grounds which are only 50 feet from the beach, are complete with four large outdoor grills, and relaxing sitting areas to the view the surf or read your favorite novel, or maybe you would rather workout in our fitness room.

Included in your rental you will enjoy access to my ground floor storage so you don’t have to carry umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc. back and forth each day. Just wash them off and return to the storage room when you are finished .Also, Ike's Beach Service is on the grounds for your rental needs. www.ikesbeachservice.com.
