Welcome to Battle’s Beach House. This townhome is located on Beach Heather Court and faces South toward the Gulf of Mexico. The Lost Key Beach Club and private beach are a short walk away. The quaint beach community of Perdido Key is the ideal location for your family vacation and your stay includes access to Lost Key Beach Club, a 5,000 square foot beachfront amenity that offers a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and private beach area with umbrella covered lounge chairs and beachside food and drink service.

This new rental is beautifully furnished featuring a spacious kitchen/dining/living area, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and a 2-car garage in the beautiful Lost Key Beach Resort. This slice of paradise is a beach and golf lover’s dream, offering an on-property 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course, A wonderful club house featuring a resort style swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center, large hot tub and a beachfront pool with lounge chairs and a restaurant bar.

The primary bedroom features king-sized bed, spacious closet, en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and large walk-in titled shower. The two guest bedrooms features a queen bed and two double beds. All bedrooms have mounted, cable TV with smart TV options. The living room features a large, L-shaped sofa allowing the whole family to gather together for movie nights. There is a balcony overlooking the pond with soon to be comfortable patio furniture and a table and chairs for dinner al-fresco.

The home features 2 flights of stairs, 2 car garage, downstairs patio with Trex decking and a gas, BBQ grill overlooking the pond. We offer 4 baby gates to help put mother’s mind’s at ease with young toddlers and have beach towels, chairs, toys and a beach cart available for our guests.

The surrounding area of Perdido Key offers world class fishing, kayaking, secluded and breathtaking national parks, endless water activities, and Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the awe-inspiring Naval Aviation Museum the US Navy’s Blue Angels, just a 15 minute drive away and often seen from the unit and beach. Also located a short drive away is historic downtown Pensacola, hosting an endless array of entertainment for all ages. Great property - beach situation cumbersome

House was amazing clean/well taken care of and great all around. The trek to beach is long and having to either wait 30 min for a bus or just walk it for a mile was a cumbersome process especially 3 times a day.

Great place/poor communication

Great place, clean, and had all the amenities listed. Within an hour of arriving, we noticed pet hair on the couch and rug, messaged two numbers as required as part of the check-in process and the VRBO message to owner. Didn't hear back until the next day. Catherine called apologizing about the communication error but did make the pet hair situation, right. The day before we left, we messaged again, all three numbers, requesting to extend our stay, Never heard back.

We loved the sidewalks throughout the neighborhood and the convenience of the shuttle and beach club. The house had everything we needed to cook at home and was located near fantastic restaurants. It was great not having to pack all of our beach gear!

Excellent location; felt right at home

We picked this rental since it was pet friendly and appeared to be cozy for our family and a couple of our kids’ friends. Not only was this place cozy indeed, it was extremely welcoming and had a great open concept with a huge kitchen, living area and screened in porch. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the beach and in fact we had access to the private club at the beach, which included a pool, restaurant and bar. We would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would keep in mind is that there are two pretty steep sets of stairs to get to the bedrooms so if you’re traveling with elderly pets or family members, it may be a little challenging.
