There's lots of great artwork and other wall decorations throughout the space. This condo has wonderful views of the beautiful emerald waters. The kitchen has been fully equipped and provides all the necessities needed. We have no doubt that you will love your stay in this charming one bedroom unit.

We spent a lot of time on the patio. It’s very comfortable and very warm most days. Unfortunately the condo above us was being renovated. Also work was being done in the parking garage below us. It was very noisy the first two weeks of our stay. We spent more time on the beach where all we could hear were waves.

Perfect weekend!

The condo was just as described….so cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. I loved that beach chairs were included in the rental. The area was perfect… close to Destin which is where we drove to eat dinner. We will definitely go back to stay in this specific condo!! Thank you for a great relaxing weekend!!

Parking spaces are nice size, very convenient and under cover. Great family area. Our first time at Fort Walton. 6 miles from Destin. Only complaints were, the pools are a little small. The fitness area is WAY outdated. Only 3 machines one didn't work. But overall a very nice family friendly facility. Talked to many other tourist that have been coming back for years. We will be back. We will check other dates the time we were there was a bit too pricey. Oh, and free movies.

The furniture was so dirty the armrests were black and gray, all the dishes were dirty, ceiling fan globe went flying off in master when turned on. Stayed in this building 3 prior times and as a repeat customer owner Ron Shorey refused any partial refund and the manager only offered to clean the 30 year old furniture which could not be cleaned, the pictures were taken when it was new, very deceitful do not use Brooks and Horey

Especially, the pool. We understand children are there to play in the pool and have fun but the constant loud screaming was too much. There should be some type of noise rule and it be enforced. Kids are just playing and having fun but this particular group of parents and children were way over the top. We loved the location of the facility. Several good restaurants within an easy walking distance. The beach chair attendants were phenomenal. Excellent service. We would stay again but definitely not in condo #205. When we booked we were not told the condo was directly over the pool and across from the elevator.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit, clean and well furnished albeit a bit dated.
