Gorgeous Beach Front Corner Unit New Luxury Designer Updates /Mediterranean PK

After entering our beautifully decorated condo from a private elevator, our hope is that you feel at home. The entire unit was recently updated by a well known interior designer; it's beachfront luxury at its finest.

402W is a spacious unit with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths that sleeps 10. It has over 3,500 square feet of living space. The balcony wraps around the whole condo and has great views of the ocean, beach and the intra-coastal waterway. This gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel high end appliances including a double oven, a Miele dishwasher, and ice maker, new blender, and Keurig coffee maker.

Each bedroom has a private bath as well as a wall mounted TV. The master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, steam shower with 5 shower heads and a walk in closet. It also includes a beautiful sitting area with ocean views for miles. Kids will adore having their own bunk room.

The main living area is surrounded by a wall of windows that offer unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit has cable and Wireless internet (WiFi). Smart HD TV in Living area. Guests have access to the Owner's collection of beach toys, chairs, and coolers in the storage unit. Air Conditioning updated Summer of 2018.

402 W is a prime location, and is walking distance to several restaurants, including Florabama.

Had a good time , condo was nice and clean. Had a problem with wash machine,Corey did send a person out but they did not get it clean , we were out when they came to fix the problem. My wife had to wipe out the inside of the washer to get it clean for we could use it took over an hour to rub whatever it was off, but after that we did in joy our time there. Corey did respond to our calls would stay there again like the area.

Great place for family vacation

Beautiful and spacious condo for a family get together with 6 adults and 4 kids. Enjoyed the live music from florabama on the balcony and being walking distance to family bingo during the weekdays at the florabama. Corey was super responsive to a couple things that came up during the stay and remedied them immediately

A little piece of paradise!

Honestly, the property is beautiful. We loved that it was not crowded and the security of the place. However, the security did pose an issue for our older parents, but we were able to work through it. I would highly recommend the property. We had a wonderful time!

Loved staying in this spacious condo. Plenty of room to be both together and apart. Enjoyed the open concept so we could all be together and also that we could spend time separately in our rooms. Easy pool and beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great.

Great location clse to ocean, restaurants, supermarkets and stores. Lots of room ... we had 10 people and were not feeling crowded. Military jets, including the Blue Angels, flew by which everyone liked.

Condo was as advertised. Construction noise was much more than advertised from 9 am to 5pm daily (except weekends) Flora Bama next door was not a problem and we enjoyed having it so close. An ocean view out one way and a honky tonk view out the other was perfect.

Great family vacation

Great stay for (2) families of 4 and the in-laws! Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the Florabama. Condo is very quiet considering it’s next door neighbor- only heard the Florabama on Friday and Saturday night from the inside and it was nothing a sound machine couldn’t cancel out. Loved sitting on the balcony during the day and evening and listening to the live music. Host was very quick to respond to questions. We managed to have 3 cars and rotate them between the reserved spots and gravel lot across the street. 10/10 recommend

Good beach trip

Our experience was pretty good. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beautiful setting and views. We were quite satisfied with the unit. We were not as satisfied with communication with the owner. We were given incorrect information for access to the unit. After a long day of traveling, it was very frustrating to have to contact owner and wait for access codes. We were also were not told that the main floor was under construction and we would not have use of the fitness center.

Girls Getaway

My sisters, cousins, Mom and aunt spend a week together at the beach every year. (We leave our husbands at home. lol) Up until last year, we stayed at the Turquoise Place. This was our 2nd year at the The Mediterranean. We love it! We love that it is a smaller complex; therefore, not as crowded. Our unit this year was perfect for our crew. And we LOVED the sitting area in the kitchen. We are already looking for our week to book for next year. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
