This charming, one bedroom condo features a sofa sleeper, loveseat and flat screen TV in the living room can accommodate 6 people. This unit is overlooking the shimmering water and powder white sand of Okaloosa Island. Imagine the sound of the crashing waves while drinking coffee and watching the sunrise or sunset from the balcony. If you are looking for a beach front condo with free amenities this is the condo for you! The king bed in the master bedroom is sure to give you a good night's sleep after a day out on the beach or catch a movie on the flat screen this unit offers. Bunk beds in the foyer make the perfect place for even the little one to have their own space.

Loved Okaloosa Island and Condo

Loved the unit we stayed in. Looked exactly like the pictures. Right on the beach, kids loved the pool, no hiccups at all. Would definitely book this unit again. Great trip!

Condominium needs updating

The entire condo could use a fresh coat of paint and some minor renovations. Appears as though it was built in the 80’s and hasn’t been updated or painted ever since. Elevator was dirty, rusty and looked like it had bullet holes on the exterior doors.

Perfect Location, Great Beach, Average Condo

We enjoyed our first family beach vacation at Emerald Towers West and would return but likely not to the condo we rented. It was average at best. Personally, I like to cook a bit while on vacation and there was very little to work with and what was there was dated and old - a very common theme with this particular room. Back door sticks to the point where my wife chipped multiple nails. Balcony floor was stained. I knew this going in after talking with the property managers and things being dated wasn’t a concern of our prior but it was a bit more dated than we thought upon arrival (zenith tv in the bedroom which didn’t change channels and we couldnt get the tv in the living room to work either). On the other end of the equation, ETW was great. The facility is a little run down, but the beach access and accessibility is second to none and that’s what we were paying for. Pool was nice and clean each day and there are restaurants, putt putt and ice cream within 5 minutes of the place. Boardwalk, which was awesome, is 10 mins down the road. Would return to Emerald Towers West but likely not to that specific room until things were updated.

Perfect for a family

We had such an amazing time. The location is perfect and the beach staff was so kind. The unit was nothing fancy but worked for a family with young kids. Beds were comfy and clean. The only thing I would change is put a high top table and chairs on the balcony. That would make dinner and coffee out there so much more enjoyable.

Property is not well kept

Private owned ones were cheaper and nicer. Everything squeaked in this place. Front door, bathroom door, bunk beds everytime one of the kids rolled over. Master bedroom needed curtains as it faces the east and the rising sun is bright. View was great. It was clean just not well kept.

Great Quiet Getaway!

The unit was very clean and the view was absolutely amazing as soon as you walked in the room! Check in experience was simple and the app was helpful as well! The patio door was hard to open but didn’t disrupt our over all experience. Will definitely be returning to this condo!

Little Pricey but wonderful overall.

4 stars for being a little overpriced for the overall condo and the parking lot(!) mini pool - but had everything one can need and extra beddings, towels, dishes. Extremely clean and fresh. As pointed by a few travelers, DEFINITELY need a little table on the balcony! Would be nice. We did not use the free passes but nice to have for snorkeling and dolphin tour. Will stay again if I can book in advance for better cost.
