When we arrived we noticed one of the toilets leaking and I submitted a work order. Within a few minutes, the property gave me a call. I couldn't ask for a faster response. Overall, the condo was excellent. I would give give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The only thing I would suggest if I had to pick something to address would be to repair the popcorn ceiling in the hallway and to give the condo an overall deep cleaning. We will definitely be back next year!

Nice location to beach.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Unfortunately the elevators were down and was supposed to be fixed 2 days after we arrived. They were not fixed until the day we were leaving after all of our things were packed. Fortunately we were not on the 6th floor. The condo is very basic in its' accommodations. It was a beautiful view and easy access to beach and having an umbrella and 2 chairs everyday was a nice touch. The young man handling the beach service was amazing!!

The condo was clean on the inside and ready early. There is a big difference in the heat/air in the condo. Of course, it was warmer in the condo on the Gulf side. The outside temp was low 70's. Suggestion: replace the lounge chair to two more seats on the balcony.We would stay at this location again.

Fort Walton trip.

The property is in a great location, close to restaurants .The beach is beautiful an a easy walk, 30 yard from condo.. The only downside is the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. But I would rent it again.
