The second bedroom also offers a king bed with an ensuite bath standard tub/shower combo, while the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and is conveniently located new the hall full bath. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to full meals. SeaSpray offers 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), a hot tub, kayak rack, propane grill house, tennis/pickleball courts and private boat launch. Explore the well-maintained grounds and beach access with a quick safe walk across the street where you find our fitness center. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
