The condo was wonderful, beautifully done, quiet and relaxing. The views off the balcony are fabulous. The check-in team was very helpful and kind and when I forgot my door code after hours; I was able to reach someone by phone and get it resolved immediately. The TV and wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, mugs and other needful items. The little welcome boxes of supplies for the kitchen and bathroom products is well thought out and a definite plus. The furniture is very comfortable and I love all the outlets--there are even some in the furniture, which is awesome. It's off season and the one thing I wasn't thrilled with was the amount of "visitors" we had--one day the pest man, one day the window washers needed in, one day the fire extinguisher checkers, one day I was asked if I minded if a realtor showed the condo (which I declined and they were great about that). I know much of this can't be helped, it's just a little disconcerting when you're lounging in your pjs and a knock comes on the door and you know if you don't answer it they're just going to walk right in. This is also the first time I've had to go to a different place to pick up and drop off the codes/armbands/parking pass. They are great in the office, it was just an extra step. Everyone we spoke to was kind, informative and caring. I love the security in the building. Overall the condo is perfect and I will definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity.
