Family vacation, love the location, pool and beach are excellent. 2nd time staying in this condo and really like the condo and quick response of Donna. Would like to see the rugs cleaned or changed out, difficult with little kids to have dirty rugs.

Emerald Isles Family trip

This resort and particularly, the condo, was very well maintained and family friendly. The condo had a very comfortable large couch with plentiful pillows for adults and children to lounge on after a long day in the sun. The club chairs were very comfortable and afforded plenty of room for kids to pile on my lap to read. Beds were heaven, and the bunk room with the trundle bed was a lifesaver for my grands. Kitchen was well appointed with cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils for all your needs. There were plentiful bath towels for our party and even beach towels available if you didn’t have your own. Balcony had a lot of comfortable seating and tables. The property manager was very helpful and communicated with quick response to any concerns or questions. I was very impressed with the “extras” (beach cart, chairs, children’s toys) that were available for our use after speaking with her prior to our visit.

Very nice and clean unit and the communication was perfect! Loved that it was renovated and tastefully decorated We have stayed at Emerald Isles over 10 times and this was our favorite unit thus far. Being on the first floor near the stairs was amazing given the elevator situation in this building! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was fabulous! So nice and in a perfect location to beach and all activities. We parked our vehicle and didn't have to get back in it until we left. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Donna, the property host was amazing. She was able to get us into the property earlier than expected and stayed in constant communication. Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway!

The condo was beautifully furnished and in a great location! The view was amazing and the easy access to the beach was unbeatable. The condo was equipped with all of the amenities of home and made our stay very comfortable. Donna was a joy to work with! She even gave us a heads up about a surprise Blue Angels fly-by on the last evening of our stay which was an awesome way to end a wonderful stay!

Wonderful unit and location!

We were a group of two sets of parents and two teenagers so this unit's bedroom layout was perfect for us. Loved it being on the corner for the extra windows and natural lighting. The unit was very clean and had many "extras" that we appreciated (beach items, spices, etc). Loved being on the first floor...the steps down were right outside the unit making it very convenient. The beds were super comfortable and my son ended up sleeping on the couch a few nights ..it was so cozy we have been trying to search for where it came from so we can purchase one for our house. The manager was Johnny on the Spot with any questions that arise. Highly recommend this unit ...and Go Vols!

Comfort and age

A grand time was had by all. Our area of residence for 3 full days was completely perfect. Being on the end of the building and on the first floor gave us access to easy entrance, via stairwell and a great view of the pool, Gulf water and west view for sunsets. All the amenities for senior fun was just steps away. Large lounging couch, huge TV, big dinning table, great mattresses and a fridge to hold all the adult beverages. Everything was fabulous!

Donna was ready to answer any questions I sent her way. She was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay very much and had the best time in Pensacola. My only complaint is the rude security guard that was on duty Friday and Saturday. Other than that we had the best time and would love to come back!

Even though it rained during our trip we had an amazing stay. The condo is beautifully decorated in neutral colors. It has a very cozy warm beach feel. Donna, our hostess, was a delight to deal with. She was on top of our every need. I plan to return to Donna’s Condo on future trips to Pensacola.

Amazing condo

Perfect condo
 heat space with an amazing view. I truly feel it’s the best condo in the building. Location is perfect, you don’t need to wait for an elevator. Stairs are located right outside the door which we used most of the time. Also we parked right near the building so it wasn’t necessary for use to lug all are beach stuff up to the condo
.we just put it in the back of our SUV nightly . The condo is decorated nicely, clean, kitchen is well stocked ( didn’t need a thing) . Pool area is extremely nice, with great security, we felt safe during our stay. Great location, we could’ve parked are car and walked everywhere if it wasn’t for runs to Publix, which is only a couple miles away. Oh, and need I say more, but the night of the Fireworks
. We sat out on the beach with the kidos, and had a perfect view . Loved our stay
. Highly recommended & looking forward to staying there again in the future đŸŒș

Great condo and views

Condo was in a great location, within walking distance to several restaurants and activities. Condo was very clean and probably the most stocked condo we have ever rented. From extra blankets in the den, to a well stocked kitchen and everything for your beach needs. Plenty of comfortable sitting in the den for our whole group. Donna was very helpful and just a text or phone call away. We will rent this condo again!

We come Pensacola every year and this place is by far the nicest furnished with the most comfortable beds (even compared to the Portifino condos we usually stay in) not to mention the excellent location to restaurants and convenience stores and proximity to the beach. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked. Efficient washer and dryer. Excellent communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this condo and we will definitely book here again for years to come.
