Accommodations comfortably sleep 4 guests. The master suite has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. This fully furnished condo will make the perfect beach home away from home.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:


Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
