Beachfront Condo Pensacola Beach

This is a true beachfront property. The condo is steps away from a private beach on the Santa Rosa Sound. This unit has fantastic views of both the Sound and the Gulf which is directly across the street. The condo complex is on the southern end of the island towards Fort Pickens. There is an outdoor pool in the complex as well. Come play in the sand, watch the sunset, and enjoy all the beach has to offer. Our unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your own food and drink.

The unit features:
* Private balcony in each room with unobstructed views of the water.
* Large deck out the front door which is steps away from the water.
* Reserved covered parking for two vehicles under the unit. Additional unassigned parking in the complex is first come, first serve.
* Boat/jet ski moorings right off the beach to secure your vessel.
* Onsite outdoor pool (open year-round), gazebo and bbq grills.
* The bay-side beach has shallow water and calm waves – perfect for kids, fishing, dolphin watching, and more.
* The gulf is a short walk across the street – perfect for catching the waves, boogie-boarding, collecting sea shells, and more.
* Free local trolley during the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
* Each bedroom and the living room has a flat screen TV. Roku box in the living room and master bedroom.
* Main floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin bed.
* Master bedroom has a king bed.
* Ground level storage closet with some beach gear. Great for keeping bike or other gear you bring along.
* New full size washer/dryer
* Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals.

Prohibited: To allow for the utmost comfort our guest with allergies, no pet and no smoking please. You will be asked to leave immediately without refund if found to have a pet in the unit. Any evidence of smoking and/or pet(s) will result in additional cleaning costs and forfeiture of your entire deposit.

This is an excellent property. We loved our stay and plan to return. It is clean and in an excellent location. We really appreciated that the kitchen has a great collection of cook-ware and dishes for eating at home. Can’t think of a single this to improve this condo!

Condo was clean and neatly decorated. Beds were decently comfortable and the little fold away beds worked well for my 2 and 8 year olds to sleep on (bring your own sheets for these). I could tell thought was given in making sure the kitchen had all basic appliances, dishes, and necessities. We used the washer and dryer provided and the AC worked great too! You must climb steps here so this place would not be suitable for handicap. As shown in their pictures, the room has a great direct view of the bay and we enjoyed eating on the deck and watching the sunsets. There is a small beach area on the bay where the kids enjoyed playing however it was difficult sometimes to find a spot due to everyone leaving their tents, floats, boats, etc out there. My family definitely enjoyed the kayaks and extras that were provided by the condo. That was a huge plus having beach equipment, chairs, towels, umbrellas, paddles, goggles, sand toys, etc all in a private storage closet. The pool on property was also a bonus and was clean and never crowded. The ocean is only a short walk across the road. The condo is at the end with no others in front so the beach was never crowded while we were there. Across the road is an area of the beach where dogs are allowed but that was never an issue for us. It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and this house was wonderful first stay in a great location. I would definitely stay again!

5 Star Stay

My family of 6 + 1 fiancee stayed in this perfectly appointed condo for 9 nights at the end of July/beginning of August 2024. The views from every room are spectacular! We love that part of Pensacola Beach near Fort Pickens, as it is quiet and not crowded at all. The Gulf-side beach is a very short walk across the road & over the dunes and is perfect for seashell collecting and at night, for chasing crabs. The Sound-side also has a beach and the water is calmer; perfect for kayaking/paddleboarding (2 of each are locked up near the condo’s parking spaces) with lifejackets in the shed. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker plus a well-working icemaker in the fridge (which, you NEED for a FL summer!) and all the beds are super comfy. The bed descriptions are all accurate, but note that the “2 Double Futons” are actually 2 twin-size futons that are each folded up in a closet upstairs and come with no sheets/pillows. Plenty of bath towels and (bonus!) beach towels though! The condo hosts are very responsive (for the most part) and our only single issue was a very large live roach that we saw & killed our first night there. The condo was super-clean upon arrival so we think it just crawled in at some point? However, the kitchen trash can is not sealed at all (just in a pull-out cabinet drawer) so to ward off any additional pests, we emptied it every night and took it out to the dumpster (a short walk since it’s located out by the main road). Overall, it was a 5 star stay!

This condo was amazing - beautiful views of the bay and across the street the ocean. Each room had a balcony and great view. We loved the cozy downstairs and view of the bay from the living room The owners were prompt when we had any questions and were very friendly! Family Spring Break

This was a wonderful location for us to stay with our 5 children for spring break. We really were right on the beach! We loved walking across the street for the kids to play in the big waves of the Gulf. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. It was definitely a family atmosphere. We appreciated having plenty of room for all of us including the use of the futon mattresses for some kids to sleep on the floor. However, there were not linens for these extra beds so we had to cobble things together. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a drip coffee maker in the cupboard in addition to the Keurig. I appreciated that there were a blender and slow cooker as well. It would be helpful to have enough dishwasher pods and trash bags for the duration of our stay. The initial checkout instructions sent to me were clear- trash, dishes, start a load of towels. Instructions sent later asked that we also strip all the beds before leaving. This was a lot to manage with packing up a large family for a very early departure. I hope the host will reconsider this request in the future.

Perfect location & beautiful home.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love that the location is just a couple of minutes from town and that you can either go out the door and straight to the sound side, or across the street is the gulf. It's well stocked and lots of beach gear already there for guests to use (wagon, umbrella, chairs, life vests, toys, floats etc). A heads up to any future guests, all 4 beds are incredibly firm. We ended up buying a memory foam mattress from Wal-Mart for the king bed upstairs & we'll just bring it back for future visits. For the owner, I'd suggest some softer mattresses, or add memory foam to them all for guests comfort. That's our only complaint about the entire place. :)

Great unit; wonderful property managers

This unit had unfortunately had a tangle with a tornado, but this didn’t affect our stay at all. We enjoyed the sound and our neighbors very much. The home is up-to-date, cozy and has good air conditioning. It was very well equipped. It was so extremely hot during our stay we lived in the water while outside, so we didn’t try the floating amenities in the shed, but there were plenty of them! I’d stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Wonderful Location

My family of six stayed here and had an amazing vacation. The location was perfect! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, and we were able to watch the dolphins swim in the sound. The kids also throughly enjoyed searching for shells and sea life. The best part of the sound was paddling boarding and kayaking. You are also able to watch the sun set each evening from the rental. The ocean was just a short walk across the street and was absolutely beautiful. The owners were amazing and so easy to work with before and during our stay. A storm came through Pensacola right before our trip and they gave us timely updates and made sure the property was ready for our arrival. We also enjoyed being so close to Fort Pickens. We hope to vacation here again!

Amazing location

We enjoyed our week!!!! Down at the end right next to Fort Pickens made for a quite vacation! Sound was perfect for the kids in the evenings and mornings to play where we could see them from our balcony. They enjoyed searching for the hermet crabs out there. We were across the street from the beach and it was never crowded. We would absolutely book this condo again. It was well stocked and plenty of room for all 7 of us.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect for our family group of 7. We spent one day at the gulf side, which was an easy walk. But we spent most of our time on the bay, which was literally 30 steps from our back patio. The pool was clean and beautiful. The trolley stop is about 2 blocks away. The condo had everything stocked that we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful Rental

I highly recommend this condo for your beach vacation. It was well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with every item we needed to cook all the meals we were planning at the condo. A nice perk was the paddle board, kayak, and the many beach items available to use in the beach storage. It saved us needing to bring some of the bigger beach items, like umbrellas and a wagon, in our car. In addition to that, the location just cannot be beat. You are steps away from the private beach on the bay. From our balcony we could see the kids playing at the bay. The private bay area is really nice and the kids enjoyed getting to play with some of the other kids staying at the condo. Then it was just an easy walk across the street to enjoy the beach and waves on the gulf side which our older children really enjoyed. We also caught the shuttle more than once when we wanted to enjoy shopping or restaurants. We would happily stay at this condo again. It was perfect for our family!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo in Pensacola Beach. The location was perfect for a family with younger kids who wants to spend time at the beach with the ability to walk to both the Gulf side and the bay side. We were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to Fort Pickens and enjoyed watching the Blue Angels practice. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. It was hard to leave!

Best vacation rental ever!

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed for a vacation! The beach, the balconies, the kayaks and beach chairs, the size of the house, covered parking, so many things made it exceptional. A short term repair job fixing hurricane damage was taking place during our week so we didn’t stay the full week. The owner was very understanding. Once the repairs are complete it will again be the absolute best place to stay and we hope to go back!

Lovely home with great views.

We had a great stay here. The place was very clean and roomy. We loved having the sound right out the back door. We preferred it over the ocean on the other side. For future guests, check in prior to going to the store as there's already several things there including a ton of sand toys, life vests, chairs, multiple umbrellas etc for the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

We have stayed all over Pensacola Beach, but this location is my favorite. Very quiet with little traffic but still close enough to town that we biked there most days. The bayside beach is literally steps from the condo unit and the gulf beach is a 5 minute walk across the street. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay and cute condo. Surprised and amazed that the rental had everything for the beach even though we packed our own beach stuff. Bay was perfect in the back yard to hang out at especially with little ones and right across from the beach with a 5 min walk or drive to bring all your beach gear!!

We loved our stay. The Santa Rosa Sound is directly behind the unit with a private beach. The teenagers and adults loved using the kayaks and paddle boards. We watched the Blue Angels practice from the balcony and the sunsets were amazing. The gulf is a 5 min walk across the street and the beach was not crowded at all. I was a little nervous about the shared balconies but the other tenants were really nice and it was fun getting to meet new people. Fort Pickens, shopping and restaurants are a 10-15 min drive. We would suggest Chase-n-Fins for dolphin cruise and Casino Beach Bar and Grill. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Best location in Pensacola!

We love staying at La Bahia to have the best of both the bay and Gulf! This unit is beautiful and has all the amenities you can want! Great for water sports, relaxation and the most beautiful sunsets.
