'Very nice & cute! It was a lot larger than I was expecting. Nice fully equiped kitchen. Two entrances. You park on 7th street side same as the private entrance. I know we had neighbors but the noise was minor. Decorations were nice. AC worked great. Neighborhood seemed friendly & safe. We will rent again.Few minor improvements would be to add USB outlets to the electrical plugs throughout the house. Add a box of tissues. Trim the bushes! Rugs need some adhesive to attach the rugs to wood floor....

'The property was easy to find and in a good location. The pictures shown are out dated with noticeable downgrades to the over all quality. It appeared clean at first glance but some of the Linens were dirty when we got there as well as a cockroach and slug issue in the house. Communication with the staff was fast but not the best quality.'

'Definitely is a good value bang for your buck place. If your expectations are not Five star this will certainly meet your needs. On a main street but noise is actually minimal. Very quick drive to the downtown and museums area. And if you get the chance to walk the immediate surrounding neighborhood…great, historic houses one after another.'

'Gia’s place was exactly what I needed…quiet, tucked away from the noise, but close enough to walk anywhere worth going. For a digital nomad’s first time in Pensacola, this is probably the best location to explore the surrounding area.Gia was sharp, responsive, easy to deal with.'

'We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps. 'Had some late nights enjoying Pensacola but never struggled with noise while sleeping here,made it very relaxing overall. Good quality bathrooms mattered too, they kept everything tidy inside.'

'I understand that the host cannot control the weather, and thus he cannot make the temperature outside be above freezing. However, the day I arrived the AC was on and the unit was well below comfortable levels. I could see my breath inside the unit. I was able to change it to heat but it never warmed to comfortable level on the first 24 hrs I was in the unit.
