  • Bluff s Charm is a cozy 3 bedroom home on Keuka Lake's east side, in the East Bluff neighborhood, just minutes from the Village of Penn Yan.

    Bluff s Charm is a one story home with a large wrap around deck, a wonderful place to sit and watch the water, catch sunrises/sunsets, or do some bird watching. The house sits down from the main road, tucked in the trees, and is accessed, from the parking area, by several flights of stairs.

    The main living area has windows overlooking the lake, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and dining area.
    There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, another with a Queen bed, and a third with a Twin over Queen bunk bed. The home has 2 full baths, both with tub/showers.

    The outdoor deck wraps around two sides of the house, and there are several flights of stairs to the lakefront. The lakefront cabana is a great spot to relax and get out of the sun for a few minutes. On the beach area outside of the cabana, you ll find a firepit on the lake shore and a deck area with outdoor furniture.

    The pebble beach area extends along the shoreline and there is a private permanent dock for guest use, along with a kayak and a canoe. With over 150 of private shoreline/lakefront, Bluff s Charm is an absolute gem for privacy on the lake during your vacation and plenty of room to enjoy the lake.

    *Air conditioning is provided via wall units
    *A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.

    **We ask that the primary renter be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request
    **No pets or animals allowed
    **No parties allowed
    **Smoking prohibited.
    **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 7 guests allowed at any time.
    **Parking for 3 vehicles only.
    **Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable
    **Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking

    **DOCK USEAGE:
    A permanent dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, and/or mooring facilities are adequate if guest brings or rents watercraft/boat.
    Guest assumes all liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock, or their boat, during their stay.... whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
    **Seasonal amenities: kayaks and some outdoor furniture are available seasonally and are available for use from mid-May to October

Wonderful home on Keuka Lake. House has everything you need (and more!) We enjoyed the kayaks, the beautiful dock and every outdoor seating area throughout our stay. Privately situated and comfortable inside as well. Lots of stairs but worth it! A quick 20 minutes to Penn Yan to restaurants, shopping downtown and Aldi as well. A

Girls Weekend Getaway

There were 4 of us (49-55) that enjoyed a girls weekend getaway. This property was great for us. We loved the location and the views of the lake were amazing. It was a very relaxing time. We are looking forward to going back again next year!

Loved our stay, lots of room to accommodate the 6 of us, plenty of parking, beautiful view of the lake, the only downfall for us older folks were all of the steps, but we knew that before agreeing to rent the property

Beautiful cottage, couldn’t get any closer to the lake! Deck and the dock were perfect for our morning coffee! Fire pit was perfectly placed for a fall evening by the fire! Everything was clean and as expected from the listing!

Very nice lakefront property in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the dock. Kitchen amenities are well stocked. Bedrooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable for two. No AC in the bedrooms but they do have fans. Overall we were very pleased.

Cute one story home on Laje Keuka. Stayed with my roommate from college and her husband. Lovely decks down to the waterside. Nicely appointed.

Lovely Week at the Lake

Everything was as expected, clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs to water so this might be difficult for very young kids or older adults.

Awesome rental experience. We stayed here for Week mid July 2026. The house has very good AC and was able to keep the indoors cool for our babies and my aging parents. The dock, deck, and boat house were the best parts of the property. We kept our boat here moored at the dock without incident. You can tell some previous renters didn't tie up well or didn't use enough bumpers. Make sure you check the lake level of you tie up on the south side by the cleats as some boats might bounce on the rocks. Luckily ours has just a 31 inch draft, but I had to get goggles on and check to make sure because it looked shallow near that cleat closest to the shore. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for making family dinners, the stove was nice and new. If you are tall like me and my dad be really careful that you don't bump your head on the vent Hood. My dad got himself pretty good a few times. Make sure you take some walks or bike rides up and down the bluff road, it's truly gorgeous. There's also a nice nature trail with . 6 mile loop just 1 Mile South of the property. We loved going across to only's place and getting some tasty beers or extra supplies since that was faster than driving to any grocery store and had a solid meals at the switz which are all a very short boat ride away. All in all, great property. Ample hang out areas, ICE cold AC, and comfy sleeping arrangements. This house has all of the above.

Fingerlakes Stay

My husband and I were supposed to go with another couple but they ended up having to cancel last minute due to an emergency. My husband and I still went due to it being too late to cancel. The house was spacious and nice. One complaint was some issues with the main bedroom overheating even with trying to turn heat down. Definitely enough space to enjoy with multiple people. Location and the view was WONDERFUL. We had such a fun time and will definitely visit the area again.

A fine few days with friends and wine

Great location and a very clean and comfortable house. We have already made reservations to return next year. Only wish there had been clearer information about the number of stairs involved, both from the street to the house and the house to the beach. Not a deal breaker but awareness beforehand would have helped. This would not be a place for folks with mobility issues. Great place! Definitely recommend.

Relaxing week

The description of the property was accurate and helpful particularly the info on the number of steps down to the lakefront. This was helpful in planning. The house was immaculately clean, large, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need to feel at home. We particularly loved how many games, puzzles and books were available to keep us involved and engaged with each other. While communication on office hours was clear about the hours of availability they were nonetheless very responsive after hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Three Generations, Lovely Wedding Weekend

It was the first time to the Finger Lakes for many of us. This beautiful spot made us fall in love. Had everything we needed. Very peaceful. We were prepared for the stairs so not a problem. My 12 y.o. caught a fish off the dock. Checkout instructions were very clear which was appreciated. Would seriously consider coming back.

The Bluff's Charm has charm to spare!

We loved our stay at Bluff's Charm. The pictures and property description are perfectly accurate. It is a quiet, relaxing place. We appreciated all the little details: the hosts even left us eclipse glasses! And yes, there are LOTS of steep stairs. However, each staircase leads to a landing with a bench and a view. In fact, there are many delightful seating areas on the property, from cozy living room sofas, to the deck just outside it, to the brand new dock and the enchanting cabana. Lovely spots to enjoy a cup of coffee, a good book or conversations with friends. Plenty of room in the house for the seven of us. And the kitchen was first rate. Our stay at Bluff's Charm was far too short, but we do hope to return!

This was a very good location for us. We enjoyed all of the outdoor seating options, the scenic views, the kayaks, canoe, fire pit, grills and dock. Inside of home was comfortable and accommodating.
