Apartment complex. They have a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a kitchen with a washing machine, a full bathroom and a terrace. All have a TV, but no Wi-Fi, parking or air conditioning.APARTMENT AMENITIES:

Elevator, swimming pool for adults/children (15/6-15/9, subject to modification by the building's community of neighbours). All kinds of services in the surrounding area.INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except sheets and towels), water, gas, electricity, cleaning on arrival and departure.

NOT INCLUDED:

Possibility of renting bed linen at reception 6 €/set/stay direct payment. Towels for rent (25 € set of 5 shower towels direct payment in cash). Cots for rent (7 €/day direct payment). Extra bed for rent (7€/day direct payment).

PETS:

One (1) pet allowed, supplement for the entire stay of €50

DEPOSIT:

150 €. (Deposit on credit or debit card, cash not accepted). It is returned to the same card within a maximum of 7 days after the keys are handed over)

Check-in outside normal hours will be done with self-check-in. There are mailboxes at the reception door. It is important to contact reception so that they can provide you with the mailbox number and the combination.
