'Our stay at Terrace Bay was nothing short of awesome! We were traveling through the UP to see family in lower Michigan and booked due to the listing information. The room (in the new addition) was exceptional. It was clean with good amenities but not too overboard for a UP hotel. We were able to also eat dinner at the restaurant and I cannot remember when I had a meal that good in a long time. 'Day and night staff were all great and very helpful. Hotel was starting some renovations, but that didn’t interfere with the experience. Nice variety of breakfast options. Location was nice being just outside of town. The view from the back of the hotel of Lake Superior was great.'
