'Beautiful property and room! The pools are plentiful and never felt crowded—we saw a monkey! Treat yourself to an evening sunset by the lobby bar—breathtaking! The beach is ona beautiful cove. My kids enjoyed the rocky areas for “tidepooling” for hermit crabs, fish, etc. There is a nice reef right off the beach where daily snorkeling activities are available. 'Location right to the beach, its a bit older hotel and lunch/dinner could be better'

'Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days.'

'We arrived at 2:00PM and were told the room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours, until 6:00PM until we were given a room key. Upon arriving in the room, which was dated, and showed obvious wear and tear, we attempted to take showers. The room had no hot water. Towel hanger was broken off the wall, overall old and worn. We asked to be moved to a different room, and the next day we did. The second room had a major electrical issue. No electricity the entire night. No Air Conditioning. Absolutely...

'Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. The door was never repaired and anyone could push my door and gain entry. I wrote a lengthy email with no response.
